  • Communication Structure: Established a tiered system of consistent communication, including Daily Huddles and Tiered Operational Huddles, ensuring information flowed efficiently and friction was minimized.

  • Frontline Engagement: Focused on empowering frontline teams by ensuring every member felt they were part of a "winning team," had a "say" in decisions affecting their work, and received consistent acknowledgement for their customer service efforts.
